Every new client must complete a consultation prior to their first service. This ensures we understand your hair history, lifestyle, and long-term goals for your loc journey. During the consultation, we assess your hair/scalp health, discuss service options (Sisterlocks®, traditional locs, or maintenance), and provide an accurate price and time estimate.

For clients transferring from another loctician or salon, a transfer consultation is required. This appointment allows us to review your existing locs for integrity, parting, density, and overall condition. We’ll also evaluate your maintenance schedule and provide recommendations for future care. This ensures a smooth transition and sets expectations for ongoing services.
